​JULY 2022 - After headlining Desi Live at London O2 Empire, Panjabi MC returns to unleash his new track “Jinni Marji” featuring new Punjabi singer K-Deep. Music Produced by Panjabi MC, “Jinni Marji” is accompanied by an official visual directed by Dav Romana and shot at Raynville Store based in Armley, Leeds amongst other handpicked locations. The record captures Panjabi MC's new sound as he turns the page on a new musical era.

Panjabi MC is set to perform at Indigo at The O2, Friday August 12th in London. He can also be seen for a special feature of the current issue of The Guardian where he exclusively speaks on his music career and becoming a pop icon for Bhangra.
 
“From 2002 to 2015 it just got hotter and hotter,” Panjabi MC says. The spread of Holi-themed festivals across Europe in the 2010s took him and his song everywhere; “I’d have 25-gig contracts in Russia sorted at the start of the year.”
